Your privacy choices

We use strictly necessary cookies to run this site. With your permission we also use analytics and advertising cookies to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page. Cookie Policy · Privacy Policy

Cookie preferences

Choose which cookies we may use. Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the site can’t work without them. We keep your choice for 12 months (6 months if you reject all) and you can change it at any time. Cookie Policy · Privacy Policy

  • Strictly necessaryAlways on

Keep the site secure and working and remember your cookie choice (for example sh_consent and Cloudflare security cookies).

  • Google Analytics 4 shows us, in aggregate, which pages are useful so we can improve the site.

  • Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and OpenAI tags measure our ads and may be used to show you our ads on other sites. Under some U.S. state laws this counts as targeted advertising or “sharing”.

  • Embedded tools such as appointment scheduling (Calendly) and review widgets, which may set their own cookies.

In short

  • Strictly necessary cookies always run. They keep the site secure and remember your cookie choice.
  • Analytics, advertising and functional cookies are optional. You can accept all, reject all or choose by category, and the buttons are equally easy to use.
  • On our Turkish-language pages, and for visitors in the EU, UK, Switzerland, Turkey, California and Connecticut, optional cookies stay off until you agree.
  • For other U.S. visitors, analytics and advertising cookies are on by default and you can turn them off at any time. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals switch advertising off.
  • No advertising or analytics tags run on client portal, document upload, payment, intake or consent pages.

1. Who we are

This Cookie Policy is published by SolutionHub LLC (“SolutionHub”, “we”), 114 Essex St, Rochelle Park, NJ 07662, USA, info@solutionhub.us, +1 (201) 748-9486. It explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on solutionhub.us. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

  • Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. “First-party” cookies are set by our domain. “Third-party” cookies are set by another company’s domain.
  • Pixels and tags are small pieces of code that send information about your visit (for example, that a page was viewed or a form was submitted) to a provider such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn or OpenAI.
  • Server-side events are messages our systems send directly to an ad platform (for example the Meta Conversions API) instead of from your browser. They follow the same choices as cookies.
  • Local storage is browser storage similar to cookies. We use it only for the purposes listed below.

3.1 Strictly necessary (always on)

These are needed for the site to work and be secure, and to remember your cookie choice. They cannot be switched off in our cookie settings. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the site may then not work.

3.2 Analytics (optional)

Google Analytics 4 tells us how many people visit, which pages they use and how they found us. We use the results in aggregate to improve the site. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or form contents to Google Analytics.

3.3 Advertising and marketing (optional)

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn and OpenAI (if we advertise in ChatGPT) measure whether our ads lead to visits and inquiries, and show our ads to people who visited our public pages. These companies may also use the data for their own purposes, such as improving their ad systems, and may collect information about your activity on other websites over time.

When you submit our contact form, we send only a generic “lead” event. We never send the service you asked about, tax information, Social Security numbers or ITINs, income, immigration status or your message.

3.4 Functional (optional)

These support features you choose to use: the Calendly booking calendar, and a live Google reviews or map embed if we add one. Our WhatsApp button is a plain link: it does not set cookies on our site, but WhatsApp’s own terms apply once you open it. Our Google rating display is built from data we fetch on our server and does not set cookies in your browser.

Our cookie banner offers Accept all, Reject all and Preferences, with equal prominence. Nothing is pre-ticked, scrolling does not count as consent, and you can use the site whatever you choose.

We use Google Consent Mode v2, so Google tags respect your choice. Meta, LinkedIn and OpenAI tags and server-side events are controlled by the same choice. We determine your region from your IP address at the country or state level and do not store it for this purpose.

Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies. It only loads the tags above according to your choices.

6. Server-side tracking

When advertising cookies are allowed, we may also send a generic “lead” event from our server to Meta (Conversions API), Google and LinkedIn, and to OpenAI if we advertise there. These events include the same technical data a pixel would send (such as the click ID, browser information and IP address). We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, tax information or message contents. If advertising cookies are off for your browser, we do not send these events about you.

7. Pages without tracking

We do not run advertising or analytics tags on client portal, document upload, payment, intake or consent pages, or on the confirmation pages that follow them.

8. How to change your choices

Opting out through a provider tool or the DAA or NAI pages works per browser and per device, and it may stop working if you delete your cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

We update this policy whenever we add, remove or change a cookie or tag. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. If we add a new category of tracking, we will ask for your choice again where consent is required.
