In short
- These Terms cover your use of our website. Our services are governed by the engagement letter you sign with us.
- The information on this website is general. It is not tax, legal or financial advice for your situation.
- We are a bookkeeping and tax preparation firm. We are not attorneys, not Enrolled Agents and not a licensed public accountancy firm, and we are not a government agency.
- Our fees are separate from government fees. Some government services, such as getting an EIN, are free directly from the IRS or the state.
- Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under New Jersey law, including the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act.
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and SolutionHub LLC (“SolutionHub”, “we”, “us”), 114 Essex St, Rochelle Park, NJ 07662, USA. They apply when you use solutionhub.us, including the English and Turkish pages, our contact form and our booking tools. By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These Terms cover the website only. When you hire us, your engagement letter sets out the services, fees, responsibilities and other terms of our work. If the engagement letter and these Terms conflict, the engagement letter controls.
2. Who we are and what we are not
SolutionHub provides bookkeeping, tax preparation and business formation filing services.
- Our tax preparers hold IRS Preparer Tax Identification Numbers (PTINs).
- SolutionHub is an IRS-authorized Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA) for ITIN applications. This status does not mean that the IRS endorses us or our services, and we do not act on behalf of the IRS.
- We are not a law firm and our staff are not attorneys. We do not give legal advice and do not draft legal documents such as operating agreements or bylaws.
- We are not Enrolled Agents and not a licensed public accountancy firm. We do not provide audit, review, compilation or other attest services.
- We do not represent clients before the IRS or state tax agencies in audits, appeals or collections.
- We are a private company. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the IRS, the U.S. Treasury or any state agency.
3. Website information is general, not advice
Articles, guides, checklists, price examples and other content on this website are general information as of the date shown. Tax laws, forms, deadlines and government fees change often. The content is not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice for your situation, and you should not act on it without advice from a qualified professional who knows your facts. For legal questions, consult a licensed attorney. For immigration questions, consult an immigration attorney.
4. No client relationship until you sign an engagement letter
Contacting us through the website, booking a consultation, sending a message, or receiving a quote does not make you our client. A client relationship starts only when you and SolutionHub both sign an engagement letter. Until then, we have no duty to act on your behalf, including meeting any filing deadline.
5. Fees and government fees
- Prices shown on the website are for our professional services, as described on the page where they appear. Your engagement letter or written quote confirms the final fee.
- Our fee is separate from government fees. Government filing fees (for example state formation or annual report fees) are charged by the government agency and are listed separately in your quote.
- Some government services are free if you apply directly. For example, you can get an EIN free of charge directly from the IRS at irs.gov, the IRS does not charge for ITIN applications, and you can form an LLC directly with the state by paying only the state fee. When you hire us, you pay for our preparation, review and support, not for the government service itself.
- Government fees paid on your behalf usually cannot be refunded by the agency once paid. Refunds and cancellation of our own fees are set out in your engagement letter.
- If we introduce online payments or recurring billing, we will show the price, billing frequency and how to cancel before you pay, and we will ask for your express consent to recurring charges.
6. No guarantee of outcomes
The IRS, state agencies and other third parties make their own decisions. We cannot guarantee refund amounts, tax savings, approval of an ITIN, EIN or business filing, processing times, or the outcome of any filing. Examples and client stories on the website describe individual experiences and are not a promise of the same result.
7. Using the website
You agree not to:
- use the website in a way that breaks any law;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the website, our systems or other people’s data;
- send malware, spam or automated requests that overload the website;
- copy large parts of the website for commercial use, or scrape it, without our written permission;
- pretend to be someone else or submit false information;
- use the website to harass anyone or to post unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.
We may block access by anyone who breaks these rules.
8. Do not send sensitive information through the website
Do not send Social Security numbers, ITINs, passport numbers or images, bank account numbers, tax returns or other tax documents through our contact form, Calendly, WhatsApp, text messages, social media messages or regular email. When we start working together, we give you a secure method for documents.
9. Our content and intellectual property
The website’s text, design, graphics and logos belong to SolutionHub or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal or internal business use. Other uses need our written permission. Third-party names and logos shown on the website (for example QuickBooks, Calendly or WhatsApp) belong to their owners and do not mean those companies endorse us.
10. Content you submit
Clients and visitors may send us reviews, testimonials, photos or videos.
- We publish your content only with your written permission. Before publishing, we ask you to sign a release that explains where and how we will use the content, whether your name, city or business name will appear, and how you can withdraw permission for future use.
- You must own the content or have the right to share it. If other people appear in a photo or video, you must have their permission.
- Honest content only. Reviews and testimonials must reflect your real experience. We do not pay for positive reviews, we do not offer incentives conditioned on a positive opinion, and we disclose any material connection (for example a family relationship or a discount) when we publish a testimonial.
- We may moderate. We may decline to publish, edit for length or clarity without changing the meaning, or remove content, for example if it contains personal data, tax figures, offensive language or claims we cannot verify. Where we show a selection of testimonials, we label them as selected testimonials.
- Results vary. Where a testimonial describes a result that is not typical, we say what clients can generally expect.
11. Your right to post honest reviews
Nothing in these Terms or in any agreement with us limits your right to post an honest review of SolutionHub anywhere, including on Google, social media or review websites. We will never charge you a fee or penalty for a review, and we do not require you to give up rights in your review as a condition of our services.
12. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, send a notice to our copyright agent with: your contact details; a description of the copyrighted work; the address (URL) of the material; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.
Copyright agent: SolutionHub LLC, Attn: Copyright Agent, 114 Essex St, Rochelle Park, NJ 07662, USA; email info@solutionhub.us.
We will remove or disable access to material that infringes copyright, and we will end the access of users who repeatedly infringe.
13. Third-party links and services
The website links to and uses third-party services, such as Calendly for booking, WhatsApp for messaging, Google for reviews and maps, social media sites and government websites. We do not control those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. A link does not mean we endorse the third party.
14. Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use our website. See our Accessibility Statement for our approach and for how to get help or report a barrier.
15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal information. You can manage your choices on Your Privacy Choices.
16. Disclaimers
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that the website will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components, or that general information on it is complete or current for your situation. Section 18 explains how this section applies to New Jersey consumers.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SolutionHub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data) that result from your use of the website or your reliance on general information on the website. This section applies only to your use of the website. Our responsibility for services you hire us to perform is set out in your engagement letter. Section 18 explains how this section applies to New Jersey consumers.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for our own negligence, gross negligence, fraud or intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
18. New Jersey consumers
If you are a New Jersey resident using the website for personal, family or household purposes:
- Section 16 (Disclaimers) and Section 17 (Limitation of liability) do not apply to you to the extent they would limit or exclude any right or remedy you have under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq.), the Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act (N.J.S.A. 56:12-14 et seq.) or any other New Jersey law, including our liability for negligence.
- Nothing in these Terms limits your right to recover punitive damages, treble damages, statutory damages or attorneys’ fees where New Jersey law allows them.
- Nothing in these Terms shortens the time you have under New Jersey law to bring a claim.
- These Terms do not require you to arbitrate or to waive a jury trial or class action, and they do not require you to pay our legal fees.
All other sections of these Terms apply to you in full.
19. Governing law and where disputes are heard
New Jersey law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the website will be heard in the state courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey, or in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and you and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, this section does not take away protections that the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence give you.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will also show a notice on the website before the change takes effect. Changes apply from their effective date and do not apply to disputes that arose before that date.
21. Language
These Terms are available in English and Turkish. If the two versions differ, the English version controls, except where mandatory law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
