Who we are
SolutionHub is a bookkeeping and tax firm based in Rochelle Park, in Bergen County, New Jersey. We look after the numbers of owner-run businesses: the monthly books, the tax returns and the state and federal filings that keep a company in good standing.
Our managing partner, Fatih Baysal, has worked in bookkeeping, tax and finance roles in Massachusetts and New Jersey since 2012 and holds an MBA from Goldey-Beacom College. He is a PTIN tax return preparer and an IRS-authorized Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA), which lets us verify passports for ITIN applications without the original being mailed to the IRS. What we do
We work in three areas that fit together. Monthly bookkeeping keeps the records current in QuickBooks Online, and a QuickBooks cleanup fixes them first when they have fallen behind. Tax preparation and planning turns those books into accurate business and individual returns. Business formation sets up the company correctly at the start, from the LLC filing to the EIN and the annual report.
A large part of our work is for owners who live outside the U.S. For them we prepare Form 5472 and nonresident returns every year and keep their U.S. company compliant from a distance.
How we work
Every engagement starts with a free 15–30 minute consultation, at our office, at your business or by video. We look at your books or documents and agree the scope and the fee before any work starts. We do not sell packages: the fee depends on what your business actually needs.
After that you deal with one specialist. New messages get a reply on the same business day, and deadlines are tracked for you through the year. Documents are shared securely and most clients never need to visit the office.
What we don’t do
Being clear about limits is part of doing the work well. We do not audit or review financial statements. We do not represent clients in IRS audits, appeals or collections, and we do not open bank accounts or provide U.S. addresses or phone numbers. When a client needs one of those services, we say so at the first meeting.
