1. Our commitment

SolutionHub LLC wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to learn about our services and contact us. We aim for solutionhub.us, in English and in Turkish, to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

We have not yet completed a full independent accessibility audit. We describe our work below and will update this statement as we test and improve the site.

2. What we do

  • Build pages with semantic HTML, a logical heading structure and page landmarks so screen readers can navigate them.
  • Make all links, buttons, menus and forms usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and hide purely decorative images from screen readers.
  • Aim for sufficient color contrast and avoid using color alone to convey meaning.
  • Label every form field and give clear error messages.
  • Allow text to be resized and pages to reflow on small screens without losing content.
  • Set the page language so English and Turkish pages are read with the right pronunciation.
  • Avoid content that flashes, and work to respect the “reduce motion” setting on your device where animation is used.
  • Test with automated tools and with manual keyboard checks when we add or change pages.

We do not use accessibility overlay widgets. Overlays do not fix underlying problems and can interfere with the assistive technology you already use.

3. Known limitations

  • Calendly booking calendar: the embedded booking tool is provided by Calendly. Parts of it may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. You can book by phone or email instead.
  • WhatsApp: our WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, which is provided by Meta. Its accessibility depends on WhatsApp’s own app and website.
  • Google reviews and maps: content provided by Google may not fully meet our standard. If you cannot read it, contact us and we will share the reviews in another format.
  • Documents: some PDF documents and government forms we link to are created by government agencies and may not be fully accessible. Ask us and we will help you with the information in another format.
  • Videos: client videos may be added over time. We aim to provide captions for every video we publish. If a video lacks captions, tell us and we will add them or provide a transcript.

Please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and, if you like, the browser and assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within 2 business days and to help you get the information or service you need right away, by another method if necessary. We then fix the problem as quickly as we reasonably can and let you know when it is fixed.

6. Technical information

The website is built with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and screen readers. It relies on these technologies for accessibility.
