1. Who we are
SolutionHub LLC (“SolutionHub”) is a private company in Rochelle Park, New Jersey that provides bookkeeping, tax preparation and business formation filing services.
2. Not a government agency
SolutionHub is not a government agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the New Jersey Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services or any other federal or state agency, and we do not issue government documents. Government agencies issue EINs, ITINs, tax refunds and business registrations.
You can apply for many government services yourself, often for free:
- An EIN is free when you apply directly with the IRS at irs.gov.
- The IRS does not charge for ITIN applications.
- You can form an LLC or corporation directly with the state, paying only the state’s fee.
When you hire us, you pay our fee for preparing, reviewing and handling the paperwork with you. Government filing fees are separate and are paid to the agency.
3. Our credentials and what they mean
- PTIN tax preparers. Our tax preparers hold IRS Preparer Tax Identification Numbers (PTINs). A PTIN is required for anyone who prepares federal tax returns for pay. It is not a license or a certification.
- IRS-authorized Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA). SolutionHub has an agreement with the IRS under the IRS Acceptance Agent Program to help people apply for ITINs and to verify identity documents for ITIN applications. This status does not mean the IRS endorses SolutionHub or its services, and we do not act as an agent of the IRS. The CAA program applies to ITINs only, not to EINs.
4. What we are not
- Not attorneys. SolutionHub is not a law firm. We do not give legal advice and do not draft legal documents such as operating agreements, bylaws or shareholder agreements. When you form a company, we prepare and file the state formation forms you approve, using the information you give us. For legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.
- Not immigration advisers. We do not give immigration advice. An ITIN is used for federal tax reporting only. It does not authorize work in the United States, does not provide immigration status and does not make you eligible for Social Security benefits. Forming a U.S. company does not give you any visa or immigration status.
- Not Enrolled Agents. We cannot represent you before the IRS or state agencies in audits, appeals or collections. If you need representation, we can suggest that you contact an Enrolled Agent or a tax attorney.
- Not a licensed public accountancy firm. We do not perform audits, reviews, compilations or any other attest or assurance services, and we do not issue reports on financial statements. Financial statements we prepare from your bookkeeping records are for your internal use and carry no assurance.
- Registered agent. Where we arrange a registered agent for your company, the service is provided by a third-party registered agent company named in your quote.
5. Website content is general information
The articles, guides, deadlines, fee examples and other information on this website are general information as of the date shown on each page. Tax law, forms, deadlines and government fees change often. Nothing on the website is tax, legal, accounting or financial advice for your situation, and reading it does not make you our client. Please contact us or another qualified professional before acting on it. A client relationship starts only when we both sign an engagement letter (see our Terms of Service).
6. No guaranteed results
The IRS, state agencies and banks make their own decisions. We cannot guarantee refund amounts, tax savings, approval of ITIN, EIN or business filings, or processing times. Any processing times we mention are estimates based on recent experience and government guidance, and can change.
7. Testimonials and reviews
Testimonials and reviews describe the experiences of individual clients. Your results may differ. We publish a client’s testimonial only with written permission, and we do not publish clients’ tax figures or refund amounts. Our Google rating reflects reviews posted publicly on Google.
8. Third-party names and links
QuickBooks, Calendly, WhatsApp, Google and other names belong to their owners. Mentioning them or linking to them does not mean they endorse SolutionHub. Links to government websites are for your convenience.
