Frequently Asked Questions
At SolutionHub, we believe transparency builds trust. That’s why we’ve gathered the most common questions our clients ask about our financial and tax services—from how to start a U.S. company, to what to expect when working with us. Whether you’re a small business owner or an international founder, you’ll find your answers here.
Can non-U.S. residents start a U.S. company?
Yes. We help international founders form LLCs or corporations without needing a U.S. address or SSN.
How long does it take to form a U.S. LLC?
Most formations are completed within 3–5 business days, depending on the state.
Do I need a U.S. bank account to start an LLC?
No, but you’ll need one to operate. We assist with opening one after formation.
Do you offer monthly bookkeeping packages?
Yes. We provide fixed-rate monthly bookkeeping for small businesses, startups, and solopreneurs.
Can you work with my QuickBooks or Xero account?
Absolutely. We’re experienced with both platforms and can also help set them up.
Do you handle W-2 and 1099 forms?
Yes. We generate and file all necessary year-end payroll forms for your team and contractors.
What’s the difference between tax planning and tax filing?
Filing is submitting your return. Planning is optimizing your finances to reduce what you owe. We offer both.
Can you file taxes for prior years?
Yes. We handle current and past-year tax filings for both businesses and individuals.
What documents are required to file my business taxes?
You’ll need income reports, expenses, bank statements, and entity info. We’ll send a checklist.

Will I receive an EIN even without an SSN?
Yes. We obtain EINs directly from the IRS on your behalf, even if you don’t have an SSN.
How soon will I get a reply after messaging you?
We usually respond within one business day.
Do I have to book a consultation to ask questions?
